ACCESIBILITY AND ADA INFORMATION

 

ACCESS TO PUEBLO MEMORIAL HALL

Customers can access the venue on the Northwest, Northeast, and Southeast sides of the building for a total of 3 entry/exits. The entrance on the Southeast side near Angelo’s Pizzaria is the only entrance accessible via wheelchair and has ground-level access to the elevator system, that will take you to all floors of the building. Accessible parking is available in the (Parking Lot #1-Closest) uncovered parking lot on the corner of Central Main Street and Alan Hamel Ave. (Parking Garage #1) The covered garage is directly across Main Street from the Pueblo Convention Center. (Parking Grage #2) The covered garage on Main Street is just South of the Pueblo Riverwalk. Both of the multi-level garages have an elevator bank and handicap parking on each level.

ASSISTIVE LISTENING SYSTEM (ALS)

Pueblo Memorial Hall is equipped with assisted listening devices and they are available to guests who are hard of hearing at no charge at the box office upon request. A driver’s license, credit card or some form of identification will be required as a deposit. Please call the Box Office three weeks ahead of show time to ensure they are ready for you, at 719-583-4961.

ELEVATORS

GUIDE DOGS AND SERVICE ANIMALS

Animals are not allowed in Pueblo Memorial Hall; however, an exception is made for guests with guide dogs or service animals.

INTERPRETING SERVICES

Guests requiring interpreting services for events should contact Kevin Ortiz prior to the event at (719) 719-583-4959, or email kevin.ortiz@oakviewgroup.com no later than three weeks before the event. For events with multiple show dates and times, one performance will be designated as the interpreted performance.

SEATING FOR GUESTS WITH VISUAL IMPAIRMENTS

Seating for guests with visual impairments may be reserved up to 10 (ten) business days before the date of the event or until sold out – whichever comes first. Reserved seats are held within an acceptable distance of the stage/performance for ease of viewing.  contact Kevin Ortiz prior to the event at (719) 719-583-4959, or email kevin.ortiz@oakviewgroup.com to make this reservation.

WHEELCHAIR AND COMPANION SEATING

Wheelchair and companion seating is available in the Orchestra section of the Memorial Hall and on the upper Balcony Level. Wheelchair users can utilize one (1) wheelchair and one (1) companion seat per event. We will make exceptions to this on a case-by-case basis pending availability.
